Semi-Calado is a special add-on for a custom hat that is already in the same shopping cart.
This option allows you to request a custom weave pattern with venting specially woven into the crown of the hat.
Please note: this is not a hat by itself. It is an add-on that modifies the custom hat already in your shopping cart for an additional charge. Your hat will be specially woven from scratch with this vented weave option.
This option means we must start your hat from scratch and have it specially woven for you from the beginning, so please allow extra time for completion.
Please keep in mind there may also be a gap between order updates, since we will not have progress to report until the weaver turns in the completed woven hat body.
Generally, this adds about 2 to 3 weeks to production time.
If you choose to pay by credit card, we do not charge anything until the day your order ships.
Simply add this option to your cart along with your custom hat, and we will look for the selected weave pattern for your order. You may email the weave pattern to us, or if you selected one of our existing weave patterns, just place that information in the comments section during checkout. You may also email us the image so we can print it and place it with your order.
