Hat Maintenance Service
If your new hat arrived a touch off in size, you can now send it to our U.S. service location in Florida (no need to ship to Ecuador as before).
This service covers basic resizing and maintenance for Panama hats purchased from us. Depending on the model, some changes and hand re-blocking may be possible.
Availability is by prior email agreement. Please contact us first and include clear photos so we can confirm what’s possible and whether restoration is feasible.
Note: Work is performed personally and acceptance depends on schedule and feasibility; it is not a guarantee of service.
Shipping (U.S. only): A prepaid round-trip label is provided at checkout. Flat rate $30 covers both directions. The Florida address will be provided in our correspondence.
